Does Site Search 360 require a high level of technical know-how to install and maintain?

Site Search 360 uses a low- to no-code user interface, so many features do not require technical expertise or developer resources. Our support team is also available for any questions regarding setup and integration.

What does your implementation process look like?

When you sign up for Site Search 360, our onboarding process will take you through the most important steps.
You can also refer to our getting started guide and thorough documentation.

What can I do with the control panel?

The Control Panel gives you full control over your search results, settings, design, and more. Refer to our documentation to learn how to navigate the control panel and get the most out of our features.

How long does implementation take?

Implementation can take as little as five minutes since there is only one line of JavaScript code that you need to add to your website's template. Of course, for further customization you can spend additional time setting up result groups and filters or using our Search Designer.

How much customization is possible?

Our Search Designer makes it possible to adjust your search colors, layout, and much more, so you can make sure your new search blends seamlessly into your website. This can all be done easily and without a developer.

If you have more advanced requirements, the Advanced tab of the Search Designer enables you to add custom CSS to further customize the styling, configure custom callbacks to change the default search behavior, set up a custom result template to control every element of your search UI, and more.

In short, whether you have no coding experience at all, or whether you are a professional developer, you can use the Search Designer to customize your search as little or as much as you want.

What kind of traing do we offer?

Site Search 360 provides training through up-to-date documentation, webinars, and online support (chat and email) to help you gain expertise in using the platform.

What customer support is available?

We handle customer support through:

- Self-service Knowledge Base

- Email: help[at]sitesearch360.com. The turnaround on email is usually less than 4 hours, but at most 24 hours.

- Chat: You can find chat support on our website. During business hours we strive to answer your questions immediately. If you don't reach us, you can always leave your contact email address in the chat and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

- Community support / developer chat: If you have a technical issue that isn't covered in our documentation, you can browse previous answers or post your question in our developer community chat. Average response time during business hours is usually within one to four hours. If you post outside business hours, we will respond as soon as possible.

- Phone: For Batman and higher plan customers, we offer phone support during our business hours. Custom support arrangements are available for different SLA levels.
Our business hours are 9am-6pm (Central European Time).

Pricing

Do you offer a free trial?

All new accounts start with a two-week trial of our Batman plan, so you have access to all our features. There is a 5,000 page limit for trial accounts that can be lifted upon your request.

Does the free trial require a credit card?

A credit card is not required for the free trial or free plan. Payment information is only required when you subscribe to a paid plan.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer credit card and SEPA payments, both processed through Stripe. We do not store any of your payment details in our system. We also accept PayPal. Bank transfer payments are available for yearly contracts only. Please refer to our pricing page for more information about our plans and features.
